In China, iQOO unveils the new Neo7 Racing Edition with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a large vapor chamber, and a multilayer graphite heat sink.
Racing Edition unleashed!
In early December 2022, iQOO unveiled the Neo7 SE. Several weeks later, the company unveiled the new racing edition of the Neo7 line.
The new smartphone retains the 6.78-inch FHD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, an independent Pixelworks chip, a 1500nits peak brightness and a 2400 x 1080 resolution.
Inside is the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core processor and Adreno GPU with a large 4013mm2 Vaper Chamber cooling with multilayer graphite heat dissipation.
Accompanying the processor are 8GB/12GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a large 5,000mAh battery with a 120W ultra-fast flash charging via USB-C.
At the back of the phone is a 50MP f/1.88 primary camera with a 1/1.57-inch Samsung GN5 sensor and OIS, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera and a 2MP f/2.4 macro with an LED flash while in front is a 16MP f/2.45 selfie camera.
Other features include Dual NanoSIM support, stereo speakers, an Infrared sensor, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GLONASS/GPS, NFC and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It measures 164.81 x 76.9 x 8.85 mm and weighs 202 grams (Black)/197 grams (Orange and Blue).

The new variant is now available for pre-order and will officially go on sale in China this January 5, 2023.
There is no word yet on Philippine or International pricing and availability.
