Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro 43 mm and 46 mm |
As a recap, the Watch GT 3 Pro is the more premium version of the Watch GT 3. It has a more premium titanium body in 43 or 46 mm variants. It also has a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with Sapphire glass protection. It also has updated features such as the ECG analysis and TruSeen 5.0+ data monitoring on top of the 100+ workout modes, heart rate monitoring, and SpO2 monitoring.
In the Philippines, the Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro starts at PHP 16,999.
Let's check it out!
Unboxing/Accessories
We received two variants of the Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro. One in Ceramic White with Ceramic Straps at 43 mm and one in Titanium with Leather Straps. The boxes the watches came in correspond with the color of the unit in white and black.
Both boxes feature the photo of the units, Huawei branding, key features, and regulatory information.

What's included in the box |
Inside the box, you get the units, the magnetic USB charger, and some paperwork. Again, there are no extra straps included for both models in case you needed a longer one.
Build Quality/Design
The Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro features a combination of seamless titanium body with Sapphire Glass protecting the AMOLED screen. On the back, it uses ceramic to make it more skin-friendly and more comfortable for longer wear. It has 5 ATM water resistance as well as IP68 water and dust protection.

Leather strap with stainless steel buckle |
In terms of the straps, the Ceramic Strap gives the 43 mm Watch GT 3 Pro more heft than the 46 mm model with Leather Straps. The Ceramic material used feels durable yet comfortable to wear. The Leather Strap feels premium while maintaining a feeling of reliability and strength. The Leather Strap also features a stainless steel buckle.

The ceramic back of the watch |
The left side of the case is left smooth with no buttons or inputs. The right side has the crown and the main button. The crown rotates smoothly while the button mechanisms feel tactile.

The controls |
Just like before, the straps are easily replaceable just like the Huawei Watch GT 3 base model.

Bright and vibrant screen |
It features a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with 466 x 466 resolution at 461 ppi pixel density. Again, Sapphire Glass protects it from bumps and scratches.
The Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro 46 mm measures 46.6 x 46.6 x 10.9 mm. It weighs 54 g.
The initial setup for us met a bit of a hiccup since the Huawei Health App on Android smartphones does not recognize the Watch GT 3 Pro just yet. We were able to pair it instantly with MatePad 10.4 2022 with HarmonyOS 2.0 though.
Huawei highlights the new ECG analysis feature, faster charging, and longer battery life. This is on top of the improved health and fitness features of the watch. We haven't gotten the chance to test the ECG analysis feature yet due to the Huawei Health App bug but we will test it thoroughly during our full review.

As of the moment
The Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro is looking to be a great premium smartwatch offering. It has two size variants that both feature premium build quality, design, and long-lasting battery life.
It is compatible with Android and iOS. An update to the Huawei Health App will need to add support for it outside of HarmonyOS though.
Stay tuned for our complete review, which will include testing the health-focused sensors and software features.
